Location location location!! Also a very accessible host! Loved being able to ride our bikes from the house to the bike trail. Also loved driving our side by side to the ATV trails. The fenced in yard was wonderful for the dogs!! We felt safe walking downtown to eat and play pool. Lastly, the house was well stocked with supplies / amenities-tv in every room, game room was very fun, soap, coffee, water bottles, etc.

It was perfect for us to visit our son at hocking college. Hot tub was great and my dog loved the fenced yard.
