The Summit

Our stay was mixed. The location was convenient and easy to get around from, but several issues affected our comfort. The main house AC was fixed within a day, but the converted garage/master bedroom only had a portable unit that struggled in the heat, so we had to move to a smaller room. We also had problems with the door lock, dryer, laundry room lights, and an aggressive dog behind the house. Overall, the property has positives, especially the location, but the maintenance issues made the stay less comfortable than expected.
